  • Dopo la nostra nota stampa di ieri, il presidente Cantone ha accennato alcune repliche, molto parziali, che – oltre a non circostanziare la vicenda avvenuta al porticciolo di San Leone in data 11 agosto 2024, tra le ore 12,00 e le ore 13,00, – non forniscono all’utenza alcuna rassicurazione circa le modalità con cui vengono gestite le forniture idriche sostitutive a mezzo delle autobotti di proprietà o nella disponibilità del gestore A.I.C.A.
  • Sarebbe stato necessario fare riferimento all’adozione di criteri di legalità, trasparenza, equità, pari trattamento degli utenti, rispetto della cronologia delle richieste, e quant’altro potrebbe rassicurare l’utenza sull’inesistenza di arbitrii, favoritismi, clientelismo nella gestione di tale importante servizio in un momento come l’attuale.
  • Speriamo di essere più fortunati, formulando domande ancora più precise:
    1) Chi ha chiamato per sollecitare l’immediato invio dell’autobotte che è stata consegnata ieri presso il pontile galleggiante in fondo al molo di levante a San Leone? L’utente o il Presidente A.I.C.A. Cantone? E a che titolo è avvenuta la chiamata?
    2) A che ora è avvenuta la chiamata? E’ avvenuta tramite il call center aziendale? Come è stata motivata la chiamata?
    3) Ci sono precedenti accertamenti tecnici che hanno verbalizzato, formalizzato il presunto guasto che ha causato il mancato o parziale approvvigionamento presso il pontile?
    4) Il pontile servito tra le ore 12,00 e le ore 13,00 è riconducibile a Lei o alla Sua famiglia?
    5) La consegna di tale autobotte è stata realizzata secondo i criteri stabiliti dal Prefetto e i criteri interni di trasparenza, anche ai sensi delle Deliberazioni ARERA e della Carta del Servizio, o è avvenuta in maniera arbitraria?
    6) Il cosiddetto pagamento a carico dell’utente, da Lei richiamato, si riferisce all’esclusivo costo dell’acqua che sarà addebitato in bolletta, quindi pari a circa 10 euro, oppure al costo del trasporto, che al momento è quotato su ben oltre 100 euro e che gli utenti “normali”, cioè quelli che non ricoprono il ruolo di presidente A.I.C.A., devono attualmente anticipare ai trasportatori?
    7) Lei è al corrente che vi sono centinaia di utenti, tra Fontanelle e altri quartieri periferici, che si trovano da diverse settimane privi delle quantità minime di risorsa idrica? Quale norma, direttiva, circolare, assegna la priorità al pontile galleggiante di San Leone rispetto alle utenze familiari a secco da settimane?
    8) Qual è l’esatta strategia di A.I.C.A., in accordo con gli altri soggetti istituzionali coinvolti, per garantire la massima trasparenza ed equità nella consegna di forniture d’acqua sostitutive mediante le proprie autobotti o quelle dei trasportatori convenzionati? C’è un elenco riportante tutte le consegne effettuate, riportante i dati della chiamata e gli eventuali criteri di priorità adottati?
  • Siamo certi che, a domande ancora più specifiche, ci perverranno risposte adeguate, ma in primo luogo che non vuole abusare della nostra pazienza e della nostra intelligenza.
