Ferragosto 2024, istruzioni per l’uso

Emesse ad Agrigento e Porto Empedocle le rituali ordinanze per garantire ordine e sicurezza durante il Ferragosto, tra spiagge e locali pubblici.

Il sindaco di Agrigento, Franco Miccichè, ha emesso la rituale ordinanza ferragostana. Dunque, dalle ore 8 di oggi martedì 13 agosto fino alle ore 6 di venerdì 16 agosto, tra l’altro non vi azzardate a trasportare legna e carbonella e accendere falò in spiaggia. Non si montano tende per campeggio o pernottamento. Non vi permettete di sparare fuochi d’artificio se non siete stati autorizzati. Non aumentate il volume della musica senza educazione, e a San Leone sarà consentito, solo durante la notte di ferragosto tra 14 e 15, diffondere musica e canti fino alle ore 2. Evitate schiamazzi e baldorie varie. No alle feste di massa, se non autorizzate da Prefettura e Comune. Se non obbedite anche ad un solo divieto di tutto ciò sarete multati da 100 fino a 500 euro. Se si tratta di comportamenti che costituiscano un reato, ne risponderete innanzi ad un giudice. I servizi di controllo saranno svolti dal personale delle forze dell’ordine e dai vigili urbani anche a piedi lungo le spiagge nell’area delle località balneari comprese nel territorio comunale, quindi a San Leone, Cannatello, Maddalusa e Zingarello. E non meditate di trasferirvi verso ovest per accamparvi e infuocare. Infatti, gli stessi divieti incombono anche sulle spiagge di Porto Empedocle, come da ordinanza firmata dal sindaco, Calogero Martello, che ha aggiunto anche la regolamentazione “alcolica”: dalle ore 20 di domani mercoledì 14 agosto alle 8 di Ferragosto 15, e dalle 20 dello stesso giorno fino alle 8 di venerdì 16 sarà vietata anche la vendita e la somministrazione di bevande alcoliche e superalcoliche in bottiglie di vetro e in lattine. E ciò per tutti gli alimentari, bar, ristoranti, pizzerie, stabilimenti balneari e chioschi a lavoro nelle località balneari o sulle spiagge di Porto Empedocle.
