PRESENTATO IL CARTELLONE TEATRALE DEL “PIRANDELLO”

Un tranquillo cartellone teatrale che conferma i soliti inquietanti interrogativi della vita che sono sempre egemonici sotto tutti i cieli e le bardature politiche. Né in questi frangenti  “capital-culturali” Agrigento poteva permettersi sostituzioni egemoniche, quindi ha fatto bene il direttore artistico Francesco Bellomo a mantenersi su una linea di galleggiamento equilibrata mirando ad una strategia di sopravvivenza temporanea in attesa di un più largo progetto culturale e di una visione del mondo che oggi, francamente, nessuna compagine sociopolitica può offrire.  Si comincia con il disseppellire il musical “Caino e Abele” (60mila euro) e poi una rivisitazione di “Lumie di Sicilia” dove Francesco Bellomo ha “allungato” l’atto unico  lavorando sul protagonista che qui diventa erede delle fortune della donna amata. Dopo le solite  amare risate della “Strana coppia” del 24 novembre si precipita nella proposta di una terapia di gruppo con “Chi è io” di Francesco Pannofino che insieme al “Caso Jekill” con Sergio Rubini  , al “Calamaro gigante” con Angela Finocchiaro e al “Malloppo” con Marina Massironi costituiranno un po’ l’ossatura del cartellone. Sia chiaro, senza nulla togliere a “Storia di una capinera” del nostro grande Enrico Guarneri , ai “Perfetti sconosciuti” di Paolo Genovese e alla fine con “Gente di facili costumi” con Flavio Insinna. Senza dimenticare la “Iliade il gioco degli dei” ( a febbraio 2025) con Alessio Boni che ci ricorderà ( in concorrenza con Marco Savatteri )quanto siano graziosi e farabutti  gli dei dell’Olimpo che si consentono pure di farsi beffe degli umani. Questa mattina in conferenza stampa tutti apparivano soddisfatti e consapevoli, dal Sindaco Francesco Miccichè al presidente della Fondazione Alessandro Patti, al direttore Salvo Prestia insieme ai componenti del cda e all’assessore alla cultura Costantino Ciulla. La prima , sabato 19 ottobre  con l’eterna vicenda biblica di “Caino e Abele” regia di Ariele Vincenti. Forse l’unica doverosa occasione per ricordare Toni Cucchiara, troppo presto dimenticato da una città infingarda.
